Our Red Wine Blend is a very unique blend of four grapes; Zinfandel, Petite Verdot, Petit Sirah and Merlot from Paso Robles and Lodi and the Central Valley. Barrel aged for eight months in French and American oak.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbara, and Petite Verdot grapes from Lake County, Lodi, and Calaveras. Barrel aged 12 months, 65% French oak, 35% American oak, stainless steel fermented, 9-day pump over.
Cage Free Pinot Noir is a medium bodied wine with bright red berry flavors, a light touch of oak and soft tannins. Stainless steel fermentation, 90% barrel aged in French Oak. The Pinot Noir is primarily sourced from the Anderson Valley and we blend a small amount of Syrah to give it structure.
Pairs exceptionally well with grilled salmon, roasted chicken and summer vegetables or by itself with a good friend.
